ORDERING INFO
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Following the approval of your order and payment as demonstrated by lisewatier.com return e-mail, your order is prepared and shipped. You will receive a confirmation shipping number by e-mail. A Canada Post Parcel Number will be provided to you and a link. By clicking on the link in the e-mail and entering the parcel number provided to you, you will be directed to the Canada Post website, where you will be able to track your parcel.
You will be able to view your order per stages:
• In Progress: Your payment has yet to be issued;
• Paid: Your payment was received and your order is being processed. (Please note that orders received after 8 am EST are processed the next business day);
• Shipped: You will be informed when your order is transferred to Canada Post;
• Cancelled: Your order was cancelled by either you or lisewatier.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Processing time excludes weekends and statutory holidays);
• Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day;
• Orders for priority shipping will be processed the next business day if received after 8 am EST;
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays);
• Lisewatier.com is currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of Canada;
• All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed.
ORDER INQUIRIES
• Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting your order status page, please click here. This will require you to enter your login and password to access your account page. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped please refer to the Where is my order section.
• Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at: 1-855-LWatier. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Occasionally some orders may be subject to cancellation for various reasons including and not limited to:
• Items not available (you will be contacted by a Lise Watier Cosmétiques Client Service Representative)
• Difficulty in processing the payment information
• Shipment address is outside of Canada
• A duplicate order was placed
• Cancellation due to a client request
Lise Watier Cosmétiques reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit quantities, terminate accounts and to refuse or cancel any order, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, Lise Watier Cosmétiques will issue a full refund.
In the case of a cancellation, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
