RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Lise Watier Cosmétiques, we really want to make sure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of the delivery. We will credit your account for the amount of the purchase.
Please follow these steps:
1. Access to your account to initiate a return on www.lisewatier.com
2. Items should be unopened and returned in their original product packaging
3. Include the original order, a copy of your invoice and the RMA* number inside the return package.
*RMA : Return Merchandise Authorization
Note: The RAM will be sent to you by email during the return initiation process on the website: Section My account/Initiate a return.

• Only One return per order is accepted: Please check your entire order before making a return.
• Returns or exchanges for purchases made online are not eligible for return or exchange at a RETAILER Counter. On the other hand, returns or exchanges for purchases made at a Lise Watier retail stores may not be returned to www.lisewatier.com
• Returns must first be accepted by Lise Watier Cosmétiques.
Note: We are sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged items:
• When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear, however, if the item or items in your shipment was or were damaged, please contact immediately our Client Service.
