1. To participate: Simply visit the www.lisewatier.com Website and join the VIP mailing list by entering name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address on the inscription form, and complete each survey before the due date (indicated at the bottom of the survey).
Only candidates that have participated in the survey are eligible for the draw.
2. Eligibility: The minimum age to participate is 18 years old. Open to all, with the exception of any person employed at or by LISE WATIER COSMETIQUES INC., including representatives, agencies and the people with whom they reside.
3. Deadline to enter: A draw will take place following the due date of each survey emitted by Lise Watier. The deadline for participation will be clearly indicated at the bottom of each survey. Entrants will have until midnight of the stated date to complete the survey and return it. No entry will be accepted after this date and time.
4. Contest details: A draw will occur on the first Monday following the due date of each survey at noon (12:00 PM). In the event that this day is a holiday, the draw will take place on the first workday following the scheduled date. The prize, an assortment of makeup, fragrance, and/or skincare products will be awarded to a randomly selected candidate. The description of the prize will appear on the survey page.
5. Retail Value of the prize: The value of each prize is $250. The winner of the prize cannot substitute the prize for its value in cash or for other Lise Watier products. A description of each prize will de provided on every survey.
6. The winners will be contacted by telephone. Before being declared the winner, the selected candidate will be obliged to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. The winner will receive their prize by the mail. Lise Watier Cosmétiques inc. will cover delivery costs for all prizes. The name of the winner will equally appear on the www.lisewatier.com Website for the period of one (1) month following the draw.
7. Any litigation respecting the conduct of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping parties reach a settlement.
