At Lise Watier Cosmétiques, we really want to make sure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. 

    When ordering online, we recommend that you always order after signing in so that we can better serve you.

    Please follow these steps :

    • Items should be closed and returned in their original product packaging if possible.
    • Make sure that your name and address are clearly indicated so that we can send you the exchanged product.
    • Obtain the return label. The label can be found online by clicking here or by visiting your nearest Canada Post office with reference number PR993449.

    Return conditions

    If you purchased your item at a retailer, please return the item to the retailer for a quicker resolution. In the event that the retailer refuses to accept your return, please contact Lise Watier's consumer service.

    Please respect the following conditions:

    • Only one return per order is accepted, please check your entire order before making a return.
    • Returns or exchanges for purchases made online are not eligible for return or exchange at a retailer store.

    Damaged items

    If you ordered online, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear, however, if the item or items in your shipment was or were damaged, we will exchange the items.
